Made my face burn and turn red
"Followed instructions on the packaging. Although it was tingly, I didn’t think too much of it - I interpreted it as “it’s work and doing its job”. Took mask off and face felt like it was overheated and very red. You can see a distinct difference on my face where the mask didn’t fully cover. I used warm water to try to remove the remainder of the product from my face. It clearly irritated my skin despite the package saying “non irritating”. Not sure if this is normal, but I would never use this mask again. (Received this item as part of Tatcha’s “fukubukuro” promotion last month. )"

- What is the fragrance derived from? I have very sensitive skin and some natural derivatives can still cause inflammation.

The fragrance is a blend of natural aromatics. We promise that we always formulate without synthetic fragrances and all formulas are tested extensively by dermatologists to ensure they are non-irritating.
- What is the shelf life of the tatcha products? How can you tell if a product is still good?
- Thank you for your interest! Tatcha products are good for approximately 3 years from date of purchase. After opening, they are best used within 6 months. Look for expiration dates only on the Indigo Calming Cream and sunscreen.
- Hi I have been having a problem with masks being dissolved-only the netting is left inside the new sealed packet- with lots 7407 and 5611. I am afraid to open any more. was there a notification I missed? i am in a cool climate and the foil wrapper feels cool. Please advise as to whether I missed a notice. Thanks so much!
